روش مصرف MX-200 syntheticfiber

There are two methods for mixing fibers in concrete.
Method One: Adding the fibers into the batching and mix it with the aggregate for one minute and then add water and cement. It should be noted that in this method there is no limitation on the dosage of fibers. for dosage higher than 2 kg per cubic meter it is necessary to use a super-plasticizer to achieve proper fiber distribution in the concrete matrix.
Method 2: In this method, the fibers are added to the mixer track when the concrete is ready for casting. according to the mixing design, it is necessary to pour the specified amount of fibers into the mixer and mix it for two minutes. it should be noted this method is not recommended for dosage over 2.5 kg. 
The following should also be considered as a general requirement:
1. The fibers should not be stacked before being added to the mixture
2. Do not add fibers to the concrete mixture at high speeds and allow them to spread evenly.
3. Ensure the mixer is healthy and efficient
